The clue comes in the reply, I would like to give Mrs. X, who shared her story and who more or less seems to be caught in the same mess we were as a family through this evil LEF and its rogues - Joshua Daniel, Lily and John Daniel. Here is Mrs. X's first comment.

Personally I would be very happy to quit the LEF but my
husband has threatened to send me out of the house if I do not attend. He is an
important LEF preacher. The 2 themes I've never heard him preach about are
God's love and loving others. I suppose it’s because he is bitter and does not
even talk to any of my relatives and family members. I do not know what to do. I'm
sure no LEF member is available or approachable or understanding. Hubby's
always preaching, never at home even for Christmas or new year. Never attends
any family functions like family get together, birthday parties etc. Thinks he
is v.v. spiritual. I do not know what to do. All my relatives are Godly people
but they go to other churches.

Yours is a very common
story of many helpless women in LEF. As much as I hate to acknowledge it, my
own mother is one such woman who is stuck between the devil and the deep sea. But
take courage that there surely will be an end to all this.Though my mother did
not have the strength to fight the system, she made many sacrifices for us
children. She is called all kinds of names to this day by these LEF mavericks
ranging from proud, ungodly,...to a woman who destroyed her own children
because she raised us children to not have anything to do with Joshua Daniel
and his stooges!!! Though not very educated, my mother fought with all her might
to keep us children far far away from these evil people. She did not allow us
children to come under the influence of these LEF bullies even though my father
was just like your husband, if not worse. When the time came for our marriages,
she stood with us children as we chose our life partners who had nothing to do
with this cult. That saved us children from a lot of emotional trauma and
wastage of life. Since Lily Daniel and her minions have no way of blackmailing us
or bullying us, either through our spouses or their families, we are able to
put up a sustained fight against LEF today. All that Lily Daniel has in her
hands is our dad who is willing to be a puppet in her hands and whom Lily
Daniel and John Daniel can play with to their hearts' content as my dad is the
only person they can control in our family. Very early in life, we learnt to fight our dad
back vehemently if the need be whenever he tried to blackmail us into submission
to the dictates of these rogues. There were times he ran away from the house as
we would not allow him to have his way as we knew very well that it is Joshua
Daniel who is trying to have his way in our family through our father. What all
my father tried to do just to please Joshua Daniel is just simply unbelievable!!!
Mind you, my father is not an illiterate villager. He retired as the
Superintendent Engineer from Andhra Pradesh government. He held high positions
in his secular job. It is a shame for me to acknowledge in this public forum
that my dad who himself is a very intelligent and smart man and who has very intelligent, successful and accomplished children who have been living in the USA for the past 10-16 years is willing to be bossed
around by this old witch, Lily Daniel. Please do not misunderstand that I am trying to boast that we live in US as it is some kind of third heaven. No, that is not my intent at all. Please note that none of us children landed in US like Joshua Daniel and his huge family by using LEF resources and by bucking the system and migrating as some kind of "fake missionaries." We, just like all Indians, are the best in our respective fields of study and work and that's how we are allowed into America to work. We are not dull heads like Joshua Daniel and his children who took cover under the church to enter another country to make a living. Even in a land like US, where there is plenty of opportunity to hard working and smart people, today John Daniel cannot find a job that he has lost more than 4 years ago and he comes to India to show off his put on dumb accent to throw his weight around poor Indians and act like some foreigner and descendant of royal family. How can someone as dumb and as fake as John Daniel get away with bossing around a person like my father and many such who are not only older to John Daniel in age but are also way more successful than John Daniel is not only in the ministry but also in their secular jobs? After 35 years of running this God forsaken LEF in US, this John Daniel could not gather enough people to fill up the pews of the "family - owned" Christ Community Church in Novi, Michigan. People like my father have come and seen how empty Joshua Daniel and his glorified ministry is when they made a trip to visit His highness the dead Joshua Daniel in US. Even after seeing that their emperor Joshua Daniel and his family members are naked self-made emperors, they go back and are willing to act like slaves to this family. All of this makes no logical sense. Does
it? That is the evil grip of LEF!!! Both my brothers play prominent roles in
their local churches in USA and are doing their best to help people around them and a person like my dad has seen with his own eyes how so many Indian-based churches in US are so fruitful in their work. After knowing and seeing all this, here is our dad running behind Lily Daniel and her minions.
These rogues John Daniel and Lily Daniel are so blatantly
shameless that they never once asked my dad why they should make my dad a
center in-charge in Telengana even though none of his three children got
married in LEF and none of them ever had any contact with Joshua Daniel either
in the US or in India even though they knew Joshua Daniel from their childhood. Lily Daniel, John Daniel and their lead stooge Gnanakalanjiam claim that my father begged and pleaded with Joshua Daniel to give him a center so that he can "serve God" and so the now dead man Joshua Daniel obliged him and made my dad the center in-charge. Which center was our dad made in-charge of? A center from which Joshua Daniel drove out an elderly couple who have been working as LEF evangelists for over 35
years. Both husband and wife who were running this center are people who resigned their government jobs 40 years ago to become
full-time workers in LEF!!! Whereas my dad whom Joshua Daniel chose to replace this couple with is a retired man with a hefty pension and
who is also quite well off (thanks to his hard working children!!!). Somehow Joshua Daniel, Lily Daniel and John Daniel thought that my father was
worthier than this family that gave their all for LEF and sent their two young children away
to get Bible "training" in Beulah Garden. Please take note again- it
is just my father, without my mother supporting him with any of this nonsense who
is now become in-charge of a center in Telengana. Lily Daniel replaced a family
with this man who is alone in his effort to take care of this center.To whom
will the women of this center go for help if all they have is just a man who is
trying to lead the church without the support and presence of his wife? Has anyone seen a family man whose wife refuses
to join him become the pastor of a place in any other Christian denomination? How
will a man like our father “build” families through his ministry if his own
wife is refusing to join him? The witch Lily Daniel only sets traps to people
who want to be “preachers” to destroy their souls!!! A person like my father
who is being used to lead a church alone like this also faces the danger of “MORAL
LAPSES.” In no other well-meaning religious organizations, things like these
happen. This happens only in CULTS!!!
You may ask, why was Lily Daniel so interested in giving our
father a center in LEF? There are many theories behind this!!! One big theory
is that some of these retired men go and give few lakhs of rupees as dues to
get their own centers in LEF. Who knows if Lily Daniel demanded something like
that from our father to give him a center!!! One of the big things about people
who are trapped by LEF is that these men and women will become very secretive.
They will never tell the complete truth about themselves and their finances to their own family
members. Where they are going, whom they are meeting, how much money they have, how much money they are spending and on what, and where they are staying are all big secrets they will never reveal to their families. Their finances are also
another best kept secrets and generally are a huge mess!!! The second reason
Lily Daniel may have given a center to my dad may be because she did make some
wrong assessment of the whole thing. Who knows if Lily Daniel and John Daniel
thought that if they gave a center to my dad in India, that we children will pay
our dues to them in the US. Believe me when I say that Joshua Daniel, Lily
Daniel and John Daniel put enormous pressure on parents whose children live in
the US to tell their children to send their tithes to them. A lot of parents
when they come to US to visit their children are nagged and tormented by these
rogues to bring their children to the retreats and get in touch with Joshua
Daniel. We know instances where Joshua Daniel and Lily Daniel ordered some
parents to never to come and visit their “ungodly” children in the US as these
children did not succumb to the parents' pressure to send “tithes” to Joshua
Daniel. In case of our family, Lily Daniel the "Nadar" business woman
would have made some quick math - three children in the US, even if each pay
$500, that will give $1500 a month and it will be enough to cover the mortgage payment for John Daniel's house...!!!! Moreover, Lily Daniel might have thought that my dad would have quite some "immovable property" as he retired as a high ranking official and also because he has three children who live abroad who might have pumped a lot of money that she can grab by showing the LEF bye laws that no LEF worker should own any "immovable properties." So, after our dad went and showed himself
up to Joshua Daniel in the US in Oct of 2013, Lily Daniel madam hooked him with a center in March of 2014. Poor Lily Daniel madam did all her math wrong. Seeing
that my dad was willing to do whatever they told him to do to have his own
center, she blindly assumed that his children will play into her hands. Looks
like my dad forgot to mention to them that we children abhor Joshua Daniel and
LEF. How much do we abhor LEF and this Daniel family? We abhor it enough to
come out in public and expose their evil deeds so that the whole world can see
what kind of rogues this Daniel family members are!!!
Coming back to you Mrs. X- Mrs. X, my mother worked hard to
make LEF evil people's influence start and end with our dad. Thanks to my
mother who drew a circle around us children and did not allow anybody,
including our dad to force his ways that he learnt through LEF on us. Like
someone wrote here, it sure is the hand that rocks the cradle which will rule
the world. My sincere advice to you is to shield your children from this LEF so
that another generation is not under the LEF oppression. Most people in LEF are
trained to be crooks and cannot think straight. Keep the communication with
your family open. The biggest trick of LEF is to isolate a person from their
families and friends and there by dismantle all support system to completely
control and mutilate an individual. They make the world outside alien to people who are trapped in LEF and that will slowly make people to lose touch with reality. Be strong for your children and
never, never throw your children under the bus to please these LEF rogues. I
know exactly what you are going through. Knowing that we will not be left alone by these LEF rogues to whose tunes our dad danced his entire life, our mother encouraged all of us to move far away from this evil influence. She did that knowing fully well that she might at any time be left alone to fend for herself knowing our dad's propensity to drop everything and run as soon as Joshua Daniel throws a bone at him. It is almost as bad as having an alcoholic for father if not worse when you have to deal with a man who is brainwashed by LEF. At least with a drug addict and an alcoholic, we can find some professional help but there is no help available to deal with a spouse who is under the evil spell of a cult like LEF. Generally, these people have enormous will power and grit that will not allow them to break that easily. They twist and strangle their family members emotionally if they feel that they cannot get their cult's way done. The saddest part of all this is that these men are the epitome of sainthood to the outside world and only their spouses and children know how brutally cruel these so called "Godly men" of LEF are. They cover their cruelty of dumping their sick wives and helpless children to run errands for LEF as their zeal to extend God's kingdom and they are all so twisted in their logic that they will quote some random Bible verses like - Seek first the kingdom of God... to justify their absenteeism in their family's affairs. My father's all time best quote from the Bible is - "He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me..." if anybody ever questions him about how he can so cruelly abandon his sickly wife and run errands for LEF.
So, when you say your husband is never there to join the family, I know what it exactly means!!! My father goes as far as feeling guilty to spend happy time with the family as he is made to believe that he is wasting his time with his family instead of running behind the souls to save them... What wretched doctrine is this that is injected as slow poison to turn otherwise intelligent men and women into mindless morons??? The evil grip LEF has on people is mind boggling. Thanks to technology that today we have a platform to share our concerns that we just thought were unique to us with the whole world just to find out that we are not alone in this fight against this evil organization. We are here to help in any way we can.
